Do we repair all makes of vehicles?

Yes. We repair all makes and models.

 

Do we guarantee our work?

Yes. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.

 

Do we have rental cars available?

Yes. We have an Enterprise Rental office here in our facility to provide our customers with rental cars right here on site. Whether your insurance will pay for a rental car depends upon your coverage. Check your policy or with your agent. (Even if you have "full coverage" it does not necessarily mean that you have rental car coverage.)

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

We pride ourselves on our efficiency and on-time delivery. However, the length of time to repair your vehicle depends on some things outside of our control. For example; parts availability and the responsiveness of your insurance company can affect the time it takes to complete a repair. When we prepare your estimate, we will let you know based upon our experience how long it may take to repair your vehicle and then we will stay in touch with you providing updates on the status of the repairs.

 

Estimating

Differences in collision repair estimates are very common.

We can only write the estimate for the damage that we can see. Today's vehicles are built with "crumple zones". These are areas of the vehicle that are designed to deform and crumple in a collision. Most of these "crumple zones" are not visible until the damaged area has been disassembled. If additional damage is found after we dismantle the damaged area of your car, we will contact the insurance company on your behalf to authorize the additional repairs needed.

Estimating your damaged vehicle is done electronically, and in most cases, can be uploaded directly to your insurance company along with digital images of the vehicle. Often this eliminates an insurance adjuster having to arrange to see the vehicle in person, and subsequently reduces the time needed for the repairs.

 

Customer Satisfaction

We utilize a company outside of our business to survey all our customers. This ensures unbiased customer satisfaction monitoring and tracking system. We track 100% of all customer repair orders which allows us to look at new ways of constantly improving the quality of our service and customer experience at the Dayton Collision Center.
